Oh hellooo! Meet the mover and shaker, as well as the left-brain and right-brain facilitator...
Becca Hopson is a strategist, feminist wellness and life coach, and consultant for businesses and organizations. For over 20 years, she has been the driving force behind empowering women to forge new paths, pursue their passions, and thrive.
As a seasoned entrepreneur, Becca owns multiple successful businesses and is a dynamic facilitator and creative thought leader. Her unique model of work-play-renewal emphasizes the importance of balance in life, encouraging women to integrate productivity with playfulness and restorative practices.
When she’s not transforming lives, Becca enjoys a cup of coffee (french pressed) in a handmade mug. She unwinds by listening to and dancing to music, taking outdoor walks, delving into books, and practicing self-care through creative renewal rituals. Family and friend time is sacred to her, and her spouse is also an artist, multi-passionate, and owner of multiple businesses. Her child is now in his first year of college. Deep conversations, cozy fires in the fireplace, or outdoors in the fire pit are often prioritized to create warmth and connection.
Becca’s mission is to empower women to lead fulfilling lives and shine brightly. Each wellness initiative illuminates the path for women to embrace their power and sense of belonging, creating positive change in the world. Through the work-play-renewal model, she inspires women to cultivate a harmonious lifestyle that nurtures their well-being and fuels their ambitions.
